All VeronaJourneys apartments are personally selected by us for their excellent location. We propose apartments from Studios to Luxury Apartment, all of which are elegantly furnished, very comfortable. In what differs VeronaJourneys from a hotel?
We offer fully funished holiday homes in Verona where you can enjoy your personal space, be more flexible and independent, while taking advantage of the availability of hotel type service, such as linen and cleaning service that can be arranged on request. Here you'll discover total comfort of living at home and experience a different way of living in Verona!

What is the minimum rental period and when can I arrive?
Generally the minimum rental periods is of 7 nights, although some apartments may be available for less whan weeky rentals also. You find the minimum rental period for each apartment on our website. Essentially, the longer you stay the more you save. You will note that shorter periods are propotionally more expensive due to fix costs of cleaning, check in, check out etc, wheras longer periods are usually more convenient.

You can arrive any day of the week! There is no fix change-over day that you have to stick to.

Is the Rental Fee all inclusive?
The Rental Fee is inclusive of one set of clean sheets and towels per week per person, post stay cleaning costs and welcoming service at arrival. Additional cleaning services, sheets and towels may be available upon request, the cost of which is to be paid separately at the end of your stay.

The utilities are included up to the daily consumption limit stated on each apartment web page, each forfait guarantees a comfortable stay both in summer and in winter when air conditioning or heating is turned on. If tenants control energy dissipation by closing the windows, keeping the internal temperature between 20-21 Celsius degrees and switching off lights and appliances when not at home, most likely there will be no extra cost to be charged.

Will a maid service be available?
Additional cleaning services, sheets and towels may be available upon request, the cost of which is to be paid separately, either in cash at the end of your stay or by credit card. Please let us know your wishes at the time of your booking, in order for us to make all necessary arrangements to meet your needs and customize our service offer based on your desires.

How can I find out if the apartment is available
You may request the availability of an apartment on our website. Enter your travelling dates and you will immediatelly see if the apartment is available and at what rental fee

Why and how do I have to pay a Security Deposit
As the name reveals, this deposit acts as security for all parties involved, the Holidaymarker the Property owner and VeronaJourneys.

The Security Deposit must be paied by credit card at arrival before reciving the keys to the apartment, either to the Property Owner or his representative. The Security Deposit will be refunded upon departure once an inspection of the apartment has been completed. The Security Deposit will not be debited on your card unless the apartment suffers any loss, damage or theft during your stay.

How do I reserve a VeronaJourneys apartment?
To reserve your apartment in Verona you will be required to send us the completed Secure Booking Form, and the Rental Deposit, 40% of the Rental fee, when completing the Booking Form, if not otherwise stated.
You will then recive written confirmation of your booking either by e-mail or by fax, once the relevant rentals fees and the completed Secure Booking Form is received by us.

When must the rental balance be paid?
Generally the Rental Balance (60%) must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to your stated arrival.Some Rental Balance however, must be settled in cash at arrival.
Please follow the instructions provided on your Booking Form.
If you make a booking within less than 4 weeks prior to your stated arrival, the entire Rental Fee must be received within 2 working days of your receipt of written confimation of availability.

How much is the Security Deposit?
The Security Deposit is € 400, unless otherwise stated. Long term rentals exluded.

How do I reach the apartment?
On the apartment page as well as on your confirmation form ( once the booking has been confirmed) you will find the adress of the apartment.You will be met in front of the building.

When and where do I recive/return the keys?
The keys will be handed over directly at the apartment, once the Security Deposit has been paid. The keys will be collected by the property owner or one of his/her representatives at the apartment upon departure.

Why should I inform you on my means of transport?
You are kindly requested to inform us no later than 7 days prior to arrival, about your intended arrival time, the flight/train number ecc. in order for us to organize the handover of the apartment key and ensure that your arrival in Verona is as comfortable as possibile.

How do I get from the airport to the apartment?
The most comfortable, classy but a little pricey way is by a minicab which takes you directly to your apartment. You may find all information in luxury service on our web site .The trip will take about 20-30 minutes. You can book it directly before your departure.
Alternatively you may take a taxi near the airport.

How do I get from the railway station to the apartment?
You may choose to take a taxi which takes you directly to your apartment. The trip will take about 10 Minutes and they found directly at the railway station.
Please note that the taxi driver has to be paid in cash at the end of the trip, also when you book it through us.

Can I get to the centre of the town by car?
The city centre of Verona is open only in certain moments of the day:
Monday-Friday 10.00-13.30 / 16.00-18.00 / 20.00-22.00
Saturday-Sunday 10.00-13.30.
Only if you book an apartment with garage you can pass through the city centre in every moment.
But you have to tell us, seven days bifore your arrival, your number-plate and the name of the car's owner, so that we can get your pass.

How can I pay?
You have to pay by bank transfer or Pay pal.
You can find our IBAN and BIC in the section Term and Conditions on the Useful Info section of our website. You are required to send us the bank's receipt of the payment either via e-mail or fax. If we have not received the bank's receipt of payment within 2 working days of your receipt of the written confirmation of availability, availability of the apartment cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that all payments made by bank transfer outside the Sepa chain will be charged of an extra fee of Euro15 to cover bank charges related to the receipt or refund of your money.
